At YBEWear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward return policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

In its original packaging.

Returned within 14 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items:

Downloadable software products

Some health and personal care items

Items marked as final sale or clearance.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email us at sales@ybewear.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

Receive Instructions: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with return instructions, including the return shipping address.

Package Your Item: Carefully package the item(s) you are returning, including all original tags and packaging.

Ship Your Return: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@ybewear.com and we will provide further instructions.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at sales@ybewear.com with photos of the damage and your order number. We will work with you to arrange for a replacement or refund.
